3. **不合理的查證件**:晚上11:00,有兩名工作人員敲門要求查驗證件。我拒絕開門,指出之前已經在入住時提供過證件,為什麼還要在這麼晚的時間再來查證,實在不合理。
4. **熱水問題**:熱水衹維持了約10分鐘,之後就不再熱了。
5. **異味嚴重**:房間內有一股難聞的異味,像是長時間無人居住的房子。
6. **入住時間不人性化**:入住時間為18:00,外面寒冷,我請求提前一到兩小時入住,卻被拒絕。最後我付款了800台幣才得以提前1.5小時入住,但房間的異味依舊很重,入門時已經打開了空氣清新機。
7. **門鎖安全隱患**:房間無法從內部上鎖,外部可用鑰匙隨意進出,讓人感到極不安全。
8. **毛巾狀況**:毛巾又舊又發黃。
9. **虛假宣傳**:在訂房網站上看見的酒店外觀照片存在誤導成分。儘管我在預訂前閲讀了眾多正面的評論,但實際體驗卻與宣傳截然不同。

1. **Misleading Name**: This is just a motel, not a six-star hotel, as it identifies itself as a "Motel." Even though I won’t give one star to this motel.
2. **Safety Concerns**: The only way up to the rooms is via the elevator from the parking garage. I found there’s no other escape staircase, either up or down. In case of a fire, if power is cut off, guests would be trapped in their rooms, posing a serious threat to life.
3. **Unreasonable ID Check**: At 11:00 PM, two staff members knocked on my door to check my ID. I refused to open the door, stating that I had already provided my ID during check-in. Why was there a need for a second check at such a late hour? It was completely unreasonable.
4. **Hot Water Issue**: The hot water lasted for only about 10 minutes.
5. **Bad Odor**: The room had a strong unpleasant smell, like it had been vacant for a long time.
6. **Inhuman Check-in Time**: The check-in time is 6:00 PM. It was cold outside, and I requested to check in an hour or two early, but my request was denied. Eventually, I had to pay NT$800 to check in 1.5 hours early, but the room still reeked, and an air freshener was already running when I entered.
